Responsibilities
- Provide technical and strategic leadership for the Futures/Prediction Markets team, mentoring engineers and fostering a collaborative culture
- Define and execute the team roadmap with product, design, and data partners to deliver seamless trading and futures experiences
- Design, build, and optimize backend platform components and features to support international expansion and multi-account workflows
- Ensure high code quality, scalability, security, and operational excellence through engineering best practices and standards
- Manage delivery of complex projects, balancing technical debt, performance, and new feature development
- Collaborate with other engineering teams to integrate services, align on architecture, and scale infrastructure
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus but not required
