The Corporate Recruiter manages full-cycle recruiting for both exempt and non-exempt roles across corporate departments and multiple locations including Accounting, Finance, IT, HR, Digital Marketing, Procurement, Security, Risk, etc. This role conducts detailed intake sessions, partners closely with hiring leaders, and drives timely communication throughout the hiring process. Responsibilities include posting jobs, passive sourcing, interviewing, extending offers, and ensuring a seamless handoff to the Preboarding team. The Recruiter maintains accurate candidate data in SmartRecruiters (SR), meets established metrics and service standards, and builds strong relationships with leaders, peers, and candidates while upholding the company’s core values - Integrity, Passion and Work Ethic.
