The Total Rewards and People Operations team at TelevisaUnivision is seeking a Senior Analyst, HRIS to support the continued optimization and growth of our Workday platform.
This role will focus on configuring, maintaining, and enhancing Workday HCM to improve HR operations, data accuracy, and the employee experience. As a member of a collaborative and high- impact team, you’ll work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and business partners to support day-to-day operations, participate in system projects, and contribute to process improvements.
This is a hands-on functional role that offers broad exposure to Workday modules, opportunities to learn from senior HR and technology leaders, and the ability to shape efficient, user-friendly HR processes at scale. This role reports directly to the SVP of Total Rewards and People Operations.
