Client Success Manager - Enterprise Accounts

Rithum™ is a leading commerce network that helps brands, suppliers, and retailers deliver seamless e-commerce experiences across channels. We are looking for a Client Success Manager to own relationships for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, drive onboarding and renewal outcomes, identify expansion opportunities, and partner cross-functionally to ensure clients realize measurable value from Rithum’s platform.

Skills

  • Experience managing enterprise B2B SaaS accounts and renewals
  • Strong executive presence and stakeholder management
  • Proficiency with Salesforce for account workflows and forecasting
  • Ability to use data (NPS, CSAT, adoption metrics) to assess health and drive actions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary strategic contact for assigned enterprise accounts across the full client lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
  • Own success metrics and business outcomes; run regular business reviews and success checkpoints.
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities through account health monitoring and client engagement.
  • Design and deliver enablement and training to drive product adoption and client proficiency.
  • Manage escalations and coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Legal, Product, Support) to resolve issues and advance client goals.
  • Lead renewal processes, coordinate pricing/contract discussions, and accurately forecast renewal risk.
  • Identify and support upsell and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Account Executives and commercial teams.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Equivalent work experience in client-facing SaaS roles accepted
