Talent Operations & Program Management Lead

Ridgeline is a fast-growing, people-first industry cloud platform company for investment management, seeking a Talent Operations & Program Management Lead to optimize recruiting operations and enable scalable hiring infrastructure through strategic systems thinking and cross-functional collaboration.

Skills

  • 7+ years’ experience in recruiting operations, coordination, or talent program management.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Proficiency in ATS administration, especially Greenhouse.
  • Experience with data quality, reporting, and recruiting metrics.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and automation applied to recruiting workflows.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to influence without authority.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the interview and recruiting process infrastructure to ensure seamless candidate experiences.
  • Drive evolution of hiring programs such as referrals, DEI benchmarks, and recruiter/hiring manager enablement.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting dashboards and support data integrity for pipeline and hiring progress.
  • Administer and configure the ATS (Greenhouse), including workflows, roles, permissions, and integrations.
  • Serve as primary contact for recruiting system inquiries and support troubleshooting.
  • Lead Greenhouse audits and ensure compliance with documentation and policies.
  • Manage the offer letter process, including legal partnerships for document accuracy and compliance.
  • Create and maintain job descriptions and recruiting templates in alignment with brand and legal standards.
  • Develop and oversee interview training programs and interview process standardization with DEI focus.
  • Build tools and workflows to enable scalable interview coordination.
  • Lead calibration sessions assessing quality-of-hire, recruiter productivity, and candidate experience.
  • Identify and pilot automation and AI-driven process improvements.
