Deadlines are unreasonable and typically get pulled in. Heavy on Jr. IC staff and early product development is of poor quality and written in Python. Jr. ICs lack any sense of urgency and fight back/ignore when asked for extra effort - this comes from company culture. The company tried, unsuccessfully, to build ORM and Messaging systems in-house. Politics is on the rise and you must be careful about giving critical feedback regarding decisions, Retribution is not uncommon. 110% woke.Ridgeline Awards & Accolades
