Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and evolve the core UI framework and shared component library that powers product teams
- Set front-end architecture standards, patterns, and best practices across multiple teams
- Coach, mentor, and grow engineers while providing technical leadership across concurrent projects
- Contribute hands-on code for key framework components and jump in to resolve complex technical challenges
- Collaborate with product, design, and platform teams through the full SDLC from requirements to delivery
- Drive automation, testing, performance optimization, and operational excellence for front-end systems
- Leverage AI tools and modern developer tooling to boost engineering productivity and quality
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or related discipline preferred
- Equivalent industry experience considered in lieu of formal degree
