  • Growth: Raised seed round from Sequoia and profitable with over 2,000 US-based brands.
  • Location: Remote.
  • Team: You’ll work closely with the CEO and sales team to build the foundational partner program from scratch.
  • Why now: We’ve built a product that 2,000+ brands love and most of our growth so far has come from inbound and direct sales. Lately, we’ve been getting increasing interest from Shopify agencies and tech partners. We’re seeing clear potential in partner-led growth, and now’s the right time to build this into a repeatable channel. We need someone to own and scale this motion from day one.

About the Role

As a Partnerships Manager at Richpanel, your job is to build and scale our partner program starting with Shopify agencies and tech partners. You’ll be responsible for identifying the right partners, reaching out directly, and guiding them through onboarding and enablement.

You’ll own the full partner journey: from first conversation to signed agreement, to helping them generate referrals that turn into revenue. You’ll also set up the core systems - commission structure, agreements, case studies, and enablement kits to make the program scalable.

This is a high-impact role with full ownership and visibility. We’re looking for someone who’s strategic, proactive, and can turn interest into a high-performing partner channel.

You'd be a fit if...

  • You’ve done this before: 3+ years in partnerships or channel sales at a B2B SaaS company
  • You know Shopify: You have direct experience in the Shopify ecosystem—agencies, apps, or tech partners
  • You build trust fast: You’re great at building long-term, multi-stakeholder relationships
  • You hit goals: You have a track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets through partnerships
  • You think like a strategist: You can prioritize the highest-potential partners, spot patterns, and optimize
  • You’re a builder: You’ve created programs from scratch and are comfortable working with limited resources
  • You’re self-driven: You work best in ambiguous, high-ownership environments and take full responsibility for results
  • Bonus: Experience in early-stage startups, partner enablement, or the broader e-commerce tech stack

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and own the Shopify partner program from scratch
  • Recruit and activate 20–25 high-potential agency partners in your first 6 months
  • Drive a 30 demos/month run rate through partner referrals
  • Maintain a 50%+ win rate on partner-sourced leads
  • Develop foundational partner materials - agreements, incentives, enablement kits
  • Build relationships with execs at top agencies and apps
  • Collaborate with Sales to ensure seamless handoffs and shared success
  • Analyse performance, spot patterns, and optimise for scale

What Success Looks Like

  • 20–25 Shopify agencies actively referring leads within 6 months
  • 30+ partner-sourced demos/month by month 6
  • 50%+ win rate on partner referrals
  • 6–9 case studies developed from successful partner-sourced customers
  • Foundational program launched: commissions, agreements, enablement content
  • Trusted relationships with 50+ key contacts across the Shopify ecosystem

  2. Take-home assignment
  3. Final round with CEO and key stakeholders (Presentation and discussion)
