About the Role

Rho's Talent team is hiring a skilled Technical Sourcer to help us build our US engineering organization from the ground up. In this role, you’ll take a craft-driven l approach to sourcing—combining precision, creativity, and high standards to identify and engage exceptional engineering talent.

You’ll also collaborate closely with our talent and engineering leadership to calibrate on profiles, refine sourcing strategy, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience from the very first touchpoint. This role will be 5 days/week in-office out of Salt Lake City.

This role will report directly to Rho's Head of People & Talent and may lead to a contract extension or full-time opportunity, depending on performance and business needs.

What You'll Do:

  • Source world-class technical talent across engineering by combining proven sourcing fundamentals with inventive, high-touch strategies.

  • Leverage Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter as your primary tools— supplementing with competitive research, talent mapping, referrals, niche communities, and more.C

  • Partner directly with engineering leadership and recruiters to refine profiles, share real-time market insights, and build diverse, high-caliber pipelines from scratch.

  • Conduct thoughtful initial screens to assess talent quality, alignment, and slope while creating an exceptional early candidate experience.

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of proven experience recruiting at high velocity for technical roles in fast-paced environments.

  • You know LinkedIn Recruiter well (required) and are comfortable using Ashby.

  • You can build strong pipelines from scratch using creative sourcing tactics.

  • You work well with goals and metrics while keeping quality high.

  • You’re resourceful, detail-minded, and enjoy solving challenging searches.

Start Date: ASAP

Rate: $7k - $9k/mo
