Planning and Execution Manager

Renaissance is a global leader in pre-K–12 education technology used across thousands of schools worldwide. The Planning and Execution Manager will partner with Sales Area Vice Presidents to lead forecasting, pipeline and territory management, quota setting, capacity planning, and operational cadence to enable sellers and drive improved sales performance.

  • Project management and process execution

Responsibilities

  • Partner 1:1 with Sales Area Vice Presidents to align operations with area objectives
  • Execute and own forecasting and pipeline management processes and review cadence
  • Lead territory and account assignment processes for annual planning and ad hoc changes
  • Conduct capacity planning and coordinate with HR on hiring and headcount projections
  • Analyze and assign individual quotas in collaboration with Compensation and Area leadership
  • Lead and contribute to annual sales year planning and rollout of compensation plans
  • Establish regular cadence of pipeline reviews, forecasting updates, QBRs and operational reporting

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Formal background in Business, Finance, Economics, or Analytics preferred
