Hospital Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist - Memphis

Azurity Pharmaceuticals is a privately held specialty pharma company focused on patient-centric products across multiple therapeutic areas. The company is looking for an experienced Hospital Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist to build and execute a strategic territory plan, establish strong relationships with hospital-based decision makers, and drive institutional adoption through a mix of in-person and virtual engagement.

Skills

  • Proven ability to articulate complex clinical information to healthcare providers
  • Experience with CRM systems (Veeva, Salesforce) and territory management
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Strong organization, time management, and follow-through
  • Virtual engagement and relationship-building skills
  • Leadership and independent work capability

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan to target and penetrate hospital and institutional accounts across a wide geographic territory
  • Call on physicians, nurses, NPs, PAs, pharmacists and other hospital stakeholders across multiple subspecialties and settings (OR, ICU, hospital pharmacy)
  • Manage predominantly in-person customer engagement (70%+) while leveraging virtual tools for efficiency
  • Communicate complex clinical messages clearly and effectively in real-time clinical situations
  • Use data sources to prioritize opportunities and maximize ROI
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales and profit goals
  • Track territory activity and customer data using a CRM (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce)

Education

  • Bachelor's degree (required)
