Our team is energized by a dynamic, fluid environment and is committed to courage, progress and results as we work to improve life outcomes for all youth.
About You
You are ambitious, driven by impact, deeply care about youth economic mobility and are ready to take on a career-defining role that will fuel funding to place 8 million young people on a path to economic mobility.
You are a data-driven leader who combines strategic vision with the ability to inspire action through meaningful connections. You bring a strong track record in fundraising, earned revenue and business development, with deep experience building partnerships among funders, community leaders, and innovators. You understand how to translate complex, programmatic work into compelling stories that resonate with funders and inspire them to invest in transformative change.
At your core you are a connector. You operate with humility, are energized by collaboration, ground your ideas in equity and are driven by achieving results. You bring together ideas, people and capital to unite around shared goals and align investments to drive impact at scale. Your leadership builds trust and inspires collaboration across boundaries—geographic, sector, and organizational. You bring strong relationships—ideally within place-based partnerships or collective impact efforts—and can partner with senior leaders to shape and sell initiatives that align with StriveTogether’s vision.
You are an effective team leader. You inspire those that work with you, and they see you as a valuable mentor, bridge builder and adept at thinking strategically about ideas and people.
