Head of Sales Enablement

Platform.sh is a global PaaS provider delivering managed cloud infrastructure and automated security to accelerate development-to-production workflows. We're seeking a Head of Sales Enablement to design and operationalize a scalable enablement framework that connects product insights to sales execution, shortens ramp time, and drives measurable seller productivity across international, remote teams.

Skills

  • 7+ years in sales enablement and direct sales experience in technology environments
  • Deep knowledge of modern sales motions and customer-centric methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger, Value Selling)
  • Hands-on experience with enablement technologies and LMS platforms
  • Strong coaching, storytelling, and communication skills to simplify complex product and market insights
  • Program and project management discipline to deliver measurable outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Design and build a repeatable sales enablement framework, playbooks, and training paths from the ground up.
  • Develop and improve onboarding and ramp programs to reduce time-to-productivity for new hires.
  • Coach, mentor, and enable sellers and sales leaders through adoption of processes, tools, and messaging.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Success to align enablement with launches and customer signals.
  • Translate product usage and customer data into actionable sales plays and teach teams to spot PLG opportunities.
  • Define, track, and report enablement KPIs and outcomes to executive stakeholders.
  • Manage enablement programs, tools (LMS), and content lifecycle to ensure scalability and impact.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Advanced degree (MBA or similar) preferred but not required
