Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of technical recruiters, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment
- Define and execute recruiting strategy and KPIs across manufacturing engineering roles from entry to senior levels
- Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to define candidate profiles and hiring plans
- Develop and teach inventive sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates
- Analyze recruiting metrics, provide actionable insights, and influence hiring strategy through data
- Improve candidate funnel and build equitable interview processes and assessment workflows
- Research and implement recruiting tools and stay current on market and technology trends
- Support employer brand, networking events, career fairs, and other talent-engagement programs
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Relevant recruiting or HR certifications a plus
