Manager, Customer Success

Radicle Health builds mission-driven human services software products that help organizations better serve their communities. The Manager, Customer Success will lead and develop a team of Customer Success Managers to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion across a multi-product portfolio while partnering closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Strong communication and relationship management

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers to meet performance and professional growth goals.
  • Act as executive sponsor and escalation point for key accounts, building deep, multi-threaded customer relationships.
  • Use customer and internal data to shape strategies that improve customer experience and retention.
  • Collaborate with Training, Implementation, Billing, and Support to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Own and drive the end-to-end renewal process with accurate forecasting and visibility.
  • Achieve net revenue retention targets through renewals, upsells, and expansion efforts.
  • Represent Radicle Health at industry conferences and promotional events.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Relevant certifications in customer success or leadership a plus
