Senior Account Manager, Enterprise Partnerships

Pacvue is the leading eCommerce advertising, sales, and intelligence software suite that helps major brands and sellers grow on marketplaces like Amazon and Walmart. We are seeking a Senior Account Manager, Enterprise Partnerships to act as the primary consultant and advocate for several large global enterprise clients — driving client success, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering strategic, data-driven recommendations that increase revenue and deepen partnerships.

Skills

  • 5+ years in Account Management, Client Success, or Consulting (SaaS, eCommerce, or digital advertising preferred).
  • Experience managing large, global enterprise client relationships and revenue targets.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into strategy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and executive-level presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales or revenue targets (renewals, upsells).
  • Comfortable prioritizing competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Familiarity with performance advertising metrics (CPC, ROAS, CVR) and common analytics tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned global enterprise clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term, high-value partnerships that drive client outcomes and company revenue.
  • Conduct strategic planning and joint strategy sessions, presenting data-driven recommendations.
  • Analyze client performance data to identify opportunities for optimization, upsell, and cross-sell.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to advocate for client needs.
  • Track KPIs, prepare regular performance reports, and present results to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and manage renewals and expansion contracts within assigned book of business.
  • Proactively drive adoption of Pacvue tools to maximize client ROI and long-term retention.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is optional but may be beneficial.
