About the Role 

We’re building a next-generation Revenue Operations organization that is AI-first by design, and we’re looking for a Growth Operations Specialist to help bring that vision to life. In this role, you’ll support expansion and growth execution across our Enterprise and Global accounts, working closely with the Revenue Operations leaders to translate strategy into execution. 

You’ll get hands-on experience with our AI Agent strategy, deploying automation and intelligence at scale to transform how we drive upsell and cross-sell. From AI-assisted forecasting to automated workflows and enrichment tools, you’ll be on the front lines of how AI is reshaping RevOps. 

This is a role for someone who’s excited by the idea of working in a modern, AI-enabled operations environment, where innovation, speed, and scale come together to power revenue growth.

As a Growth Operations Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in scaling our expansion strategy in Enterprise/Global accounts, while building the skillset to thrive in the future of RevOps: AI-enabled, data-driven, and growth-obsessed. 


Location: We’re looking to hire this position hybrid in Seattle, or remote within the US.  


Your Daily Adventures Will Include
  • Execute Growth Initiatives – Support the rollout and ongoing management of expansion and cross-sell processes in Enterprise/Global accounts 
  • Deploy AI Agents – Support rollout of AI Agents and automation strategies to streamline forecasting, account insights, and expansion workflows. 
  • Analytics & Reporting – Deliver dashboards and insights that surface whitespace, track growth pipeline, and highlight expansion performance in real time. 
  • Pipeline & Forecasting Support – Partner with Sales Ops to run AI-assisted forecasting cadences, flag pipeline risks, and improve accuracy. 
  • Project Management – Manage execution of growth initiatives end-to-end, coordinating across GTM teams and keeping deliverables on track. 
  • Workflow Optimization – Spot inefficiencies in expansion processes and support improvements using automation, AI, and data enrichment. 
  • Playbook & Resource Maintenance – Maintain expansion playbooks, templates, and operational content powered by AI-driven insights.


Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related role (Enterprise/Global experience a plus). 
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to organize and track cross-functional initiatives, experience with Asana preferred 
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and reporting tools; comfort working with expansion pipeline and forecasting processes. 
  • Analytical mindset with strong Excel skills; experience with BI or AI analytics tools is a plus. 
  • Experience working with AI solutions (ex. predictive analytics, workflow automation, conversational AI) preferred. 
  • Experience with data enrichment platforms such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools  
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to support multiple stakeholders and initiatives simultaneously


$70,000 - $110,000 a year
The annual base salary range for this role is $70,000-$110,000 USD. You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits. Actual compensation is based on factors such as your skills, qualifications, and experience. We also have a location-based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
