What you’ll work on here

  • Serving as the first point of contact for potential customers, playing a vital role in our company’s growth trajectory

  • Focusing on building our sales pipeline through a combination of targeted outbound prospecting and managing inbound lead flow

  • Working closely with account executives to identify and qualify potential customers, ensuring a steady stream of high-quality meetings that convert to revenue

  • Researching and identifying key decision-makers within target organizations

  • Maintaining accurate records and activity tracking in our CRM system

  • Executing outbound prospecting campaigns to our ideal customer profile (ICP), leveraging email, phone, and social selling techniques

  • Qualifying and managing inbound leads efficiently to maximize conversion opportunities

  • Scheduling and coordinating product demonstrations and discovery calls for Account Executives

We're growing exponentially month-over-month in revenue, headcount, and contract sizes. Our team is small-but-mighty, which means you'll have agency to build the GTM playbook from the ground up, rather than just executing on someone else's strategy.

Currently the majority of our pipeline is inbound from engineering leaders at top companies who are actively looking for better solutions. As we grow, there's a massive green field of untapped accounts waiting to be unlocked through outbound. You'll help shape that motion as we rapidly expand from SMB to enterprise and mid-market deals.
