You’ll engage with law enforcement, fire, and EMS agencies, listen to their challenges, and introduce solutions that make their work easier and their communities safer. Candidates residing in a western or central time zone are preferred.
What You Will Do
Each week brings new opportunities to connect with public safety professionals and open doors for meaningful conversations. Here is a snapshot of a typical day in this role:
• Conduct proactive outreach through calls, emails, and social channels to engage with public safety agencies.
• Partner with Account Executives to refine messaging, align on strategy, and prioritize outreach.
• Keep Salesforce updated with accurate lead information, notes, and pipeline activity.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaign follow-ups and event-driven outreach.
• Research new agencies and develop lists to expand awareness and create qualified opportunities.
• Learn Mark43’s platform deeply enough to explain how it helps agencies work more effectively and serve their communities better.
