Responsibilities
- Perform detailed analysis using Excel, Salesforce, and Tableau to support GTM Expansion teams.
- Build data packs and decks for quarterly business reviews and strategic planning.
- Document and improve GTM processes by shadowing strategic initiatives.
- Execute and support DNR forecast reviews and quarterly account transitions.
- Report on upsells, retention, and expansion metrics to enable data-driven decisions.
- Prepare and present insights to senior leadership, including VP-level stakeholders.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, economics, computer science, or related field preferred
- Relevant professional experience may substitute for formal degree
