- Excellent written and verbal communication
Responsibilities
- Own product priorities, scope, and roadmap for one or more Application Performance services.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, program management, marketing, and revenue to drive launches and adoption.
- Engage directly with customers to gather feedback, validate use cases, and inform product decisions.
- Define and track KPIs to measure impact and iterate based on data.
- Work across product verticals to prioritize enterprise-level systemic improvements.
- Translate complex technical domains (networking, caching, protocols, data) into clear product features and specs.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical or related field preferred
- Advanced degree (MS, MBA) is a plus but not required
- Formal CS degree not required if demonstrable technical acumen exists
