Product Manager (Control Plane)
Skills
- 5+ years in product management, solutions engineering, or related roles
- Technical fluency with networking concepts (TCP/IP, caching, CDN architectures)
- Experience with data analysis and defining KPIs (SQL or analytics tooling useful)
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
- Excellent written and verbal communication and attention to detail
- Customer empathy and experience conducting user research or interviews
Responsibilities
- Own product priorities, scope, and roadmap for one or more core Application Performance services.
- Coordinate cross-functional work across engineering, design, program management, marketing, and revenue to deliver launches.
- Engage directly with customers to gather insights and translate needs into product requirements.
- Define and track KPIs to measure product and user behavior impact and prioritize work based on data.
- Collaborate with product teams across Cloudflare to prioritize enterprise-level systemic improvements.
- Support go-to-market planning and work with stakeholders to maximize product adoption and impact.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred or equivalent experience
- Formal CS degree not required; technical background or demonstrated technical acumen expected
