Recruiting Sourcer / Coordinator

Linqia is a leader in the creator marketing industry partnering with major global brands to deliver influencer marketing solutions. We seek a recruiting sourcer/coordinator passionate about optimizing candidate experiences and supporting recruiting operations across multiple company functions.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse ATS, and Google Workspace
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset
  • Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach

Responsibilities

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define candidate profiles and role requirements
  • Proactively source and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and databases
  • Craft personalized outreach to generate interest in open positions
  • Manage scheduling and logistics for phone screens, interviews, and onsite visits ensuring smooth candidate experiences
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline hygiene in ATS tools like Greenhouse
  • Coordinate communication between candidates, recruiters, and interview teams
  • Track and report key recruiting metrics to improve processes
  • Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives
  • Contribute to ad hoc recruiting projects as needed

Education

  • No specific degree required, but experience in recruiting or HR functions preferred
