Lightrun is a market leader in developer observability building AI-driven solutions for real-time application remediation. The company is scaling rapidly and seeks an ambitious Enterprise Account Executive to drive enterprise revenue, manage strategic accounts (including Fortune 500 customers), and accelerate U.S. growth through consultative selling and cross-functional collaboration.

Skills

  • Proven enterprise SaaS sales experience with consistent quota attainment
  • Experience closing 6-7 figure deals and managing long, multi-stakeholder cycles
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Pipeline development and forecasting skills
  • Familiarity with developer tools, observability, or cloud solutions preferred
  • CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce) and disciplined sales process

Responsibilities

  • Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to closing complex enterprise deals
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned enterprise clients
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline and forecast accurately
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities inside existing accounts
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to align on GTM strategies
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise stakeholders, understanding business objectives and delivering value-driven solutions
  • Drive new business growth in the US market and pursue large-scale opportunities

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
  • Formal training or certifications in sales, negotiation, or relevant technologies are a plus
