Responsibilities
- Translate GTM strategy and operational needs into system-ready artifacts (user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps).
- Partner with Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, and system admins to scope and validate builds and automations.
- Maintain and update current- and future-state process flows for GTM operations end-to-end.
- Define and enforce data governance policies for accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, and activity data.
- Create and maintain a centralized metric dictionary to standardize GTM definitions and KPIs.
- Monitor and remediate data quality and integrity issues across GTM systems.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards aligned to standardized GTM definitions for QBRs/MBRs and board reporting.
- Validate reporting consistency across Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, and Power BI.
- Document SOPs, playbooks, and change management materials; partner with enablement for training.
- Test system enhancements and automations pre-launch and gather field feedback post-launch for iteration.
- Evaluate, pilot, and help scale AI-driven tools and automation across GTM operations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (RevOps, Marketing Ops, Cx Ops, Finance, Business Systems) to ensure productionized lead-to-renewal data flows.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Relevant certifications (Salesforce Admin, Power BI) are a plus
