Learning Without Tears is seeking an Educational Account Executive for CA, HI, and NV to drive customer success and revenue growth within schools and districts, while building strong relationships and uncovering new business opportunities.
Responsibilities: Manage a defined territory, drive renewals and expansions, conduct high volumes of outreach, deliver presentations and demos, identify customer goals, address churn risks, and collaborate with teams for feedback and strategies.
Skills: Sales, customer success, account management, strong communication, presentation skills, proficiency in CRM tools especially Salesforce, and ability to engage with educational leaders.
Qualifications: B.A. or B.S. in education or business-related field, 5+ years of relevant experience in education or SaaS/edtech, proven track record of meeting revenue goals, and organized with self-motivation.
Location: Position is remote within the specified locations of CA, HI, and NV with occasional travel required.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $65,000 - $100,000.
