Learning Ally is looking for a dedicated Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, ensuring efficient executive operations and communication within the organization.
Responsibilities: Manage complex scheduling, facilitate travel arrangements, draft correspondence, organize meetings, and maintain confidentiality while supporting the CEO and the Executive Leadership Team.
Skills: 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, exceptional organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and high emotional intelligence.
Qualifications: Experience in a nonprofit organization and familiarity with board governance or stakeholder engagement are preferred.
Location: Fully remote position with no travel requirements reported.
Compensation: $70000 - $90000 / Annually
