We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead the growth of security service offerings in the Dallas market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success in the security or facilities services sector and the ability to build long-term client relationships while developing tailored solutions to meet market needs.
Business Development & Strategy
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the security services sector, with a focus on physical security contracts.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue and market share goals.
Monitor industry trends, competitor movements, and evolving client needs through regular market research.
Client Relationship Management
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers across prospective and existing clients.
Deliver professional and persuasive presentations, proposals, and RFP responses.
Negotiate contracts and pricing to close new business effectively.
Collaboration & Internal Alignment
Partner with internal departments including Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and service delivery.
Work with marketing to support and execute lead generation campaigns.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and KPIs as defined by leadership.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions via CRM tools.
Provide regular updates and performance reports to senior leadership.
Minimum of 2 years experience in business development, sales, or account management—preferably within the security services, risk management, or adjacent industries.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Demonstrated success in consistently hitting or exceeding sales goals.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Solid understanding of security services and industry dynamics.
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
Strategic, goal-oriented mindset with strong decision-making capabilities.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range: $70,000–$80,000
Expected first-year total earnings (base + commission + discretionary bonuses): $150,000–$200,000+
