Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for a Healthcare Account Executive (Remote)

Overview:

We're seeking driven Account Executives to join a fast-growing healthcare company revolutionizing senior care transitions. In this high-impact role, you'll serve as the primary liaison between hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and families in need of senior living or in-home care solutions. This is a performance-driven, remote position perfect for sales professionals passionate about building relationships and making a difference in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate daily qualified referrals by cultivating relationships with healthcare providers
  • Develop and execute territory growth strategies to exceed monthly quotas
  • Conduct persuasive presentations to case managers and discharge planners
  • Educate families on optimal care options during critical transition periods
  • Partner with Senior Living Advisors to facilitate smooth care transitions
  • Pilot and optimize new sales initiatives and CRM enhancements
  • Maintain meticulous account records and activity tracking

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required)

Experience:

  • 3+ years of field sales experience with documented quota achievement
  • Healthcare/hospital sales background strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles and overcome objections

Other:

  • Hunter mentality with exceptional relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable with 80% local travel within assigned territory
  • Tech-savvy (MS Office, Google Suite, Salesforce CRM)
  • Outstanding time management and organizational abilities

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary:

  • $90,000 - $130,000 (competitive base + uncapped commission)
