As our second Growth hires at Nila, your job is simple: convert high-intent leads into paying customers with speed, empathy, and trust. Youâll speak directly to families who need our service, understand their needs, and guide them through the decision, whether via WhatsApp, email, or a call.
This is a high-impact, high-ownership role. Youâll work closely with the founding team to refine sales scripts, test conversion flows, and help us hit our revenue targets. Youâll also play a key role in shaping our voice, systems, and culture around customer growth.
