Join a fast-growing digital health company that's transforming virtual-first care. In this role, you'll lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for engineering, product, and data teams—directly influencing how high-performing, diverse technical teams are built. You'll collaborate closely with leadership, shape sourcing strategies, and help scale recruitment operations in a mission-driven, dynamic environment. This remote opportunity (with preference for hybrid NYC) is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, talent, and innovation.

Accountabilities:

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles across Engineering, Product, and Data teams.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and tailor sourcing strategies accordingly.
  • Leverage outbound tools, referrals, events, and networking to proactively identify and engage top-tier talent.
  • Build and nurture sustainable talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Represent the company at recruiting events and industry meetups to strengthen brand visibility.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with People Ops, Engineering, Product, and Marketing to continuously refine employer branding and candidate experience.
  • Track recruiting metrics to improve conversion rates, pipeline health, and hiring outcomes.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all recruiting efforts.

  • 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
  • At least 2 years of experience hiring for engineering, product, and data roles, with strong domain understanding.
  • Proven sourcing skills with a strong track record of converting passive candidates in competitive markets.
  • Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders to drive strategic workforce planning.
  • Self-driven and adaptable, with the ability to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities.
  • Clear and empathetic communicator who can engage technical and non-technical audiences alike.
  • Experience in healthtech or healthcare recruiting is a plus.
  • Passionate about building inclusive, mission-driven teams that power innovation.
  • Competitive base salary of $95,000 – $125,000 annually
