Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and develop HR Service Desk Analysts to meet performance goals and SLAs.
- Oversee daily team operations ensuring timely case resolution and service quality.
- Use data and dashboards to monitor team health, drive improvements, and identify trends.
- Participate in global process redesigns and HR automation initiatives.
- Enhance the employee journey through continuous feedback and improvements.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and regional labor laws; standardize team procedures.
Education
- Relevant higher education or equivalent experience in HR or related field.
