SMB Sales Manager (Remote - US)

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Overjet. We are currently looking for a SMB Sales Manager in the United States.

In this impactful role, you’ll lead and grow a high-performing sales team focused on expanding market presence within the dental industry. You’ll drive strategy, execution, and results, managing everything from hiring and mentoring account executives to refining go-to-market playbooks and optimizing sales performance. Accountabilities:

  • Hire, lead, and develop a team of SMB Account Executives to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Set and uphold high-performance standards within a "beat and raise" sales culture.
  • Develop and refine sales strategies based on market insights, target segmentation, and customer needs.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process—from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with dental professionals and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and pipeline health to drive execution and results.
  • Align closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure cohesion across all stages of the customer journey.
  • Deliver timely and insightful sales reports and forecasts to leadership.

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven background selling into DSOs and a strong understanding of dental industry dynamics.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling sales teams and systems.
  • Strategic mindset paired with hands-on ability to drive sales execution and growth.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to inspire, lead, and influence.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales enablement tools to manage performance.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making and opportunity identification.
  • Highly motivated, resourceful, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
