Strategic Account Executive

Knak is a mission-driven SaaS company focused on empowering marketers with an easy-to-use enterprise email and landing page creation platform. They are searching for a Strategic Account Executive to drive new business acquisition and grow revenue within strategic enterprise accounts by leveraging strong sales and networking skills.

Skills

  • Proven enterprise software sales experience.
  • Ability to sell SaaS solutions to senior executives.
  • Strong planning, negotiation, and forecasting skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce, GainSight).
  • Creative and empathetic problem-solving approach.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time and process management.

Responsibilities

  • Execute sales strategies to generate net new sales opportunities.
  • Utilize enterprise network to sell Knak’s SaaS solutions to senior executives.
  • Become an expert in Knak’s marketing platform through collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Navigate complex enterprise environments to identify new business prospects.
  • Understand customer pain points and provide consultative sales guidance.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the executive team.
  • Maximize sales including cross-sell and upsell opportunities within enterprise accounts.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, autonomy, and teamwork in client interactions.
  • Represent Knak at trade shows and industry events to generate leads.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
