Job description We’re Hiring: Furniture Sales Manager (AKA Team Hype Leader)

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It): Hire, lead, and motivate a powerhouse sales team. Coach your crew with energy, positivity, and real results Set and maintain a high-performance culture. Build training plans and help reps crush objections and close deals. Keep error-free transactions and streamline processes. Cover missed shifts when no one else can (you’re the safety net and the spark plug). Promote a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous growth.
Schedule: You’ll be working 5 rotating days per week, on a four-week rotating cycle: Week 1: Wed/Thu/Fri/Sat/Sun Week 2: Thu/Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon Week 3: Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon/Tue Week 4: Sat/Sun/Mon/Tue/Wed Then the cycle repeats. Flexibility is key!
Compensation: Base Pay: $800 per week
Bonus Structure (Based on Team Performance): 0.5% of sales over $20,000/month per associate, 1% of sales over $30,000/month per associate, 2% of sales over $40,000/month per associate.
Additional levels when employees reach other goals
Manager must maintain a $200 sales per man-hour minimum (example: 40 hours worked = $8,000 sales goal) to qualify for bonuses
