Senior Manager, Business Development

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven business development leader to drive partnerships and enterprise growth in the fintech and digital asset space. This role will focus on sourcing, negotiating, and closing high-value partnerships with major financial institutions and technology companies, bringing innovative products from concept to market. You will work cross-functionally with product, engineering, legal, and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, coordinate product launches, and drive adoption of cutting-edge financial solutions. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-moving, regulated environments, has a strong B2B sales background, and is passionate about transforming financial services through blockchain and digital assets. This role offers significant influence over strategic initiatives and the opportunity to make a global impact.


Accountabilities:
  • Identify, develop, and close strategic partnerships with enterprise clients in fintech, payments, and financial services.
  • Collaborate closely with internal leadership and cross-functional teams to execute business development strategies and product launches.
  • Build go-to-market plans for banks, brokerages, and other financial institutions, defining objectives, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Support the design and launch of new products from inception to market adoption, ensuring alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on blockchain technology, digital assets, and stablecoins to inform strategy and client engagement.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to continually refine partnership approaches.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or enterprise partnerships within fintech, financial services, or digital asset industries.
  • Strong track record of working cross-functionally to launch new products from 0 to 1 in regulated environments.
  • Experience selling enterprise technology solutions to domestic and global organizations.
  • Deep understanding of the digital asset ecosystem, blockchain, and payments infrastructure preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environments.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly motivated, strategic thinker with a passion for learning and driving global impact.

  • Competitive total compensation with base salary ($117,300 – $138,000 USD) plus performance-based incentive (OTE $195,000 – $230,000).
