This role goes beyond managing renewals—you will serve as a dedicated partner to clients, guiding them through optimization, adoption, and long-term alignment with the platform. Acting as both advisor and advocate, you will collaborate with internal teams to share feedback that shapes the product roadmap and improves onboarding. Success in this position requires a consultative mindset, strong revenue ownership, and the ability to turn challenges into opportunities that deliver measurable impact.
