As Sales Manager for the startup segment, you will lead and inspire a team of ambitious Account Executives dedicated to supporting fast-growing, early-stage companies. This role is highly strategic: you will partner with founders and operators, shaping how they approach security and compliance while refining and scaling sales processes for a high-performing team. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and engineering to strengthen market presence, contribute to go-to-market strategy, and ensure the sales organization is set up for long-term success.
