You will maintain precise calendar management, validate lead quality, and coordinate reminders and confirmations to guarantee a smooth handoff process. This role is highly collaborative, requiring strong communication skills, cross-functional coordination, and meticulous attention to detail. You will also contribute to optimizing internal workflows, analyzing trends in inbound activity, and providing actionable insights to enhance overall sales efficiency.
