This role provides an opportunity to serve as a strategic HR partner for a dynamic, fast-growing North America team. You will work closely with leadership and employees to enhance organizational effectiveness, implement talent strategies, and support professional growth. The position requires a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to navigate complex HR challenges while fostering engagement and team cohesion. You will influence key HR initiatives, from performance management to talent development, helping the organization attract, retain, and motivate top talent. This role offers a collaborative, cross-functional environment where your HR expertise directly impacts the success and growth of the team.

Accountabilities

  • Serve as the HR Business Partner for the North America region, advising leadership and supporting team development.
  • Develop and implement talent development plans to foster career growth and skills enhancement.
  • Collaborate with business departments to understand needs and deliver tailored HR solutions.
  • Implement strategies for talent attraction, retention, and motivation to ensure team efficiency.
  • Support cross-cultural communication and team-building initiatives to strengthen cohesion and collaboration.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Over 10 years of HR experience with a strong background in talent development, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and coordination skills to engage effectively with managers and employees at all levels.
  • Ability to support remote work and operate independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
