Director, Channel Global Accounts - Remote

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Director, Channel Global Accounts in the United States.

This role is ideal for an experienced sales leader with a strong track record in managing global channel accounts. You will lead strategic relationships with key channel partners, driving revenue growth and expanding market presence across multiple regions. The position requires a combination of strategic vision, operational excellence, and hands-on leadership to enable high-performing partner ecosystems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to optimize partner performance, develop go-to-market strategies, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives. This is a fully remote role, offering autonomy and the opportunity to make a measurable impact on global business results.


  • Accountabilities
  • Own and grow strategic global channel accounts, driving revenue and market share through partner engagement and enablement.
  • Develop and execute account plans in alignment with corporate strategy, including joint business planning, performance targets, and growth initiatives.
  • Build strong executive relationships with partners to influence decision-making and ensure long-term collaboration.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate product launches, marketing campaigns, and operational support for partner success.
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement initiatives to optimize partner performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities, including expansion into untapped markets or regions, and work with partners to capitalize on them.
  • Provide thought leadership and guidance to partners, including training and enablement programs, to ensure effective market execution.
  • Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing global channel or strategic partner accounts, with a successful track record of revenue growth.
  • Minimum of 10 years in B2B sales or business development, preferably in technology, software, or related industries.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders across partner organizations.
  • Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving alignment across multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, remote work environment with a high degree of autonomy.
