About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and globally minded Talent Management Partner to join our Human Resources team within the financial services sector. This role will serve as a trusted thought partner to the Head of Talent Management, playing a key role in shaping and evolving our enterprise-wide talent strategies. The Talent Management Partner will support the design and delivery of our Talent Review and Succession Planning processes, with a strong focus on building a robust, future-ready leadership pipeline.
This role will also contribute to the evaluation and evolution of our Talent Review approach for 2026, ensuring it aligns with the dynamic needs of the business and the regulatory environment of financial services.
