Seasonal HR Recruiter

Position Overview

The Temporary HR Recruiter will support onboarding and recruiting functions for our Belleville, WI fulfillment center during our peak season. May also support recruiting for retails stores & contact center. Work up to 40 hours/week or more during peak hiring season during Fall, 2025.

Position Details

The position is expected to run from September until the end of November.

Work Environment: 

At Duluth Trading Company, we fundamentally believe in strong in-person interactions as our culture thrives when we learn, create, and collaborate with each other. This position is based onsite in our Belleville, WI Fulfillment Center. This position will require some weekend support.

What You’ll Do:

• Participate in new hire onboarding functions as needed, including background checks, drug screens, and required onboarding documents to ensure timely completion 
• Maintain ongoing communications with candidates and partners through the process to ensure completion of tasks and attendance at orientation
• Ensure that all I-9 documentation is completed and follow up as needed
• Schedule and conduct virtual or face-to-face interviews with potential candidates
• Update tracking logs for number of openings and number of filled positions
• Coordinate schedule for new hire orientation and follow-up w/candidate on details
• Create and present offer letters to candidates
• Completion of special assignments and projects as assigned

What We’re Looking For: 

• High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Equivalent work experience would be considered
• Unwavering integrity and confidentiality with employee and company information
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High sense of urgency
• Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities, self-motivated
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of HRIS and reporting, able to review and analyze data
• Attention to detail to review and analyze information Detail oriented with high level of accuracy
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt styles to different audiences
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

Compensation: $20/hour

Compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
