Sales Executive - UK & International

Hypori Inc. is a SaaS cybersecurity company delivering secure virtual workspaces for government and commercial customers. We are seeking a field-focused Account Executive (Commercial) to drive new business and expand existing accounts across UK and international commercial markets using a land-and-expand approach. The role requires strong relationship-building, enterprise sales experience, and the ability to manage complex procurement and long sales cycles.

Skills

  • Proven commercial enterprise sales experience
  • Expertise with land-and-expand sales models and long sales cycles
  • Strong CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred)
  • Ability to present to and negotiate with senior-level stakeholders
  • Pipeline creation and management skills
  • Knowledge of procurement, contracting, and budgeting processes
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan focused on commercial customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and secure initial 'land' deals
  • Expand existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Meet with key decision-makers and influencers to position Hypori solutions
  • Lead presentations, demos, and negotiations to close new business
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, engineering, customer success) to tailor solutions and ensure smooth onboarding
  • Manage and forecast a sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Understand procurement processes, funding cycles, and acquisition strategies within commercial customers
  • Provide customer feedback to influence product development and GTM strategies

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required
  • Advanced degree preferred but not required
