Territory Sales Representative / Restaurant Specialist - Fredericksburg, VA

SpotOn provides award-winning point-of-sale and restaurant management technology to help independent restaurants and small businesses grow. The Territory Sales Representative (Hospitality Specialist) will work within an assigned Fredericksburg territory to prospect, build relationships, manage the full sales cycle, and sell SpotOn's POS, software, and payment solutions to local restaurant and SMB owners.

Skills

  • 2+ years B2B sales experience selling to SMBs, merchants, or restaurants
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong cold calling and prospecting skills
  • Territory buildout and account management experience
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus)
  • Comfort learning and applying new technology to business needs
  • Ability to travel regularly within assigned territory

Responsibilities

  • Represent SpotOn locally and promote the full product suite to restaurant and small-business owners
  • Travel within a designated territory to prospect, build relationships, and close new accounts
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding and account handoff
  • Meet and exceed sales targets with a focus on software, POS, and payment processing
  • Collaborate with Sales Support and internal teams to ensure customer success and retention
  • Maintain and grow a portfolio of clients while providing exceptional customer service

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
