The US Commercial Development Leader Digital Pathology for Leica Biosystems is for driving business growth across its portfolio for the Company in the USA. The CDL will provide action-oriented vision and leadership enabling the organization to achieve strategic sales, revenue, and profitability objectives. As well as being strategic, this person will need to be a proven leader and key advisor on future sales initiatives and opportunities. The role requires leading and maintaining a world class sales organization capable of successfully executing complex, multilevel sales campaigns within the target market.
This position is part of the Global Sales Pathology Imaging organization located in the USA and will be fully remote. At Leica Biosystems, our vision is to advance cancer diagnostics and improve lives.
You will be a part of the US Clinical Digital Pathology sales team and report to the National Sales Director for Pathology Imagining. If you thrive in a fast paced, matrix organization role and want to work to build a world-class sales organization—read on.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Achieve sales and profitability goals within a matrix leadership environment.
Develop and execute sales plan and devise sales strategies that maximize market penetration
The essential requirements of the job include:
Owner of the specific portfolio’s growth room activities
Strong connection and communication with the Regional Sales Managers for growth room and SU Ops execution
Business Unit and SU Marketing liaison and SU Representative into their activities
Work with the Sales VPs to guide a well-trained sales force capable of building and maintaining high level relationships with key customers, gaining access to C suite engagement and selling and working on multi-department sales
Proactively review best practices to ensure competitiveness within a rapidly changing environment.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Developing high level, C Suite, relationships in the marketplace.
Building strong external alliances and channels in the healthcare industry in working with emerging, innovative products
.

The salary range for this role is $165,000 to $210,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
