Senior Account Executive, Strategic

NetDocuments is the leading cloud-based content management and productivity platform for legal professionals, recognized for rapid growth and an inclusive culture. The Senior Account Executive, Strategic will own prospecting and full-cycle sales within assigned enterprise territories, focusing on winning new large legal department accounts and expanding strategic relationships to drive revenue.

Skills

  • Enterprise SaaS sales experience
  • Experience selling legal tech into legal departments
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quota
  • Pipeline management and prospecting skills
  • Contract negotiation and closing skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Analytical skills to identify market/account trends
  • CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce)

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage own pipeline to meet and exceed assigned revenue quota
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans for enterprise/large accounts
  • Prospect, qualify, and engage new customers across legal departments
  • Serve as primary relationship owner for assigned territory and nurture long-term client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to achieve sales targets
  • Act as liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle
  • Compile and analyze market and account data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Prepare proposals and manage the sales process from discovery to close
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • Relevant sales certifications or continued professional development a plus
