As a Learning & Development Specialist, you’ll play a key role in helping new team members get up to speed and supporting our internal training programs. Reporting to the Director of L&D,you will work closely to deliver smooth onboarding, run systems training, and make learning easy and effective for everyone. This is a great opportunity to grow and develop in the learning & development space while collaborating with clinicians, team members, and leaders across the organization!
