Senior Technical Recruiter

GrowthLoop is an AI-powered marketing SaaS company helping enterprise teams drive measurable campaign results. The Senior Technical Recruiter will own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, and data roles while building scalable recruiting systems, partnering with leaders, and supporting HRBP/People Ops initiatives.

Skills

  • Proven full-cycle technical recruiting experience for engineering/product/data roles.
  • Hands-on proficiency with ATS platforms (preferably Greenhouse) and recruiting CRM tools.
  • Experience building recruiting metrics, dashboards, and data-driven hiring processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management, interviewer training, and hiring manager enablement skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to design standardized templates, playbooks, and scalable workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for EPD roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Partner with CTO, VPs, and hiring managers to scope roles, calibrate candidate quality, and enable hiring decisions.
  • Design and implement company-wide recruiting processes, playbooks, and interviewer training to ensure consistency and fairness.
  • Drive Greenhouse adoption and manage ATS workflows to make it the single source of truth.
  • Build analytics and dashboards (time-to-fill, funnel conversion, source effectiveness) to inform hiring strategy.
  • Source proactively via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, talent mapping, and manage agency/vendor relationships.
  • Maintain a candidate-first experience, ensuring timely communication and high offer acceptance rates.
  • Support People Ops with onboarding, headcount planning, compensation benchmarking, and job leveling.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
  • Continued learning mindset; relevant recruiting/HR certifications are a plus.
