SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Education: Human Resources management training through an accredited college or university required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years HR experience. Supervisory role.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer skills. MS Office, internet, email.
- Certificates & Licenses: Valid California Driver’s License with driving record acceptable to Goodwill’s insurance. PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
- Other: Must meet the background check requirements of the department. Must have strong knowledge of employment laws/regulations, payroll and time/attendance (ADP System), and Wage & Hour regulations.
